Warrior Leader Board – October 2014
Based on: 1v1, clan wars and 8v8
Winning Olympics = you go top for one month
Tier 1
Merlin:
A second straight warrior GOLD medal for Merlin, making him the most successful duelling warrior of all time. His defensive style and high-intelligence duelling strategy make him one of the hardest players to defeat.
Zoroastre:
Perfected the aerial combo to a previously unseen level. Capable of humiliating infinite hit combos. Unlucky not to win the Olympic warrior even after a narrow loss to Saburex. Currently dominating the warrior cup. Zoro’s blocking and dodging is possibly the most developed in game history.
Taco:
An excellent win in the gauntlet event and GOLD medal in the 2v2 saw Taco’s warrior shine. A master of aerial combos and one of the greatest duelling warriors ever. Excellent in all modes of the game.
Saburex:
One of the elite duelling warriors in game history. Defeated Zoroastre in the Olympics. Sadly almost inactive, especially in 8v8 mode.
Tier 2
Angelus:
A phenomenal 8v8 warrior and great duelling warrior who lacks 1v1 success in recent times. A high powered performance in the Gauntlet event saw him narrowly lose to Zoroastre. Perhaps a warrior cup run will see him back into tier 1?
Royalty:
An excellent duelling warrior and underrated 8v8 performer, Roy was unlucky to leave the warrior event due to inactivity. Excellent against non-melee classes.
Ding:
A perfect 8v8 warrior vs non-melee classes and very strong duelling warrior. Ding is near the top of the warrior game.
Darklion:
An extremely high killing capacity and excellent duelling game puts Darklion in the upper regions of warrior play.
Panos:
A brilliant 8v8 warrior. Remains untested in duelling.
Tiburon:
Since returning to the game, Tiburon has quickly learned the new warrior meta-game, becoming adept with aerial combos and even inventing some of his own. Having achieved victories over some tier 1 warrior, look for him to rapidly move up this table. Remains largely untested in 8v8.
Rampage:
An excellent and underrated warrior in all modes of the game. Very narrowly lost to Angelus in round 2 of the Olympics.
Inglorious:
Last year’s silver medallist slips a little in the rankings after an early Olympics exist. Still a force to be reckoned with in the 8v8 mode. Recently helped LC to their first clan war victory of the Black Council.
Arnii:
A massively improved and extremely gifted 8v8 warrior, Arnii lost in the second round of the Olympics to Merlin. A strong threat in any game.
Will:
A veteran warrior and former Olympic GOLD medallist, Will has recently returned to the game and is a force to be reckoned with in both the 8v8 and duelling enviornments.
Onde Aander:
A first round defeat to Frodosam in the warrior Olympics was a surprise after the success of 2013, but Onde remains a force to be reckoned with, following a dominating victory over Morgoth in the open class. Although she lacks the killing capacity of higher tiered warriors, Onde is a dedicated and selfless team player, always ready to protect a mage or capture a distant territory. This makes her a valued team mate, especially in Conquest mode.
Pigonthefield:
A very strong and always improving warrior player.
Morgoth:
A veteran warrior that excels in Conquest and CTR modes. A former top duellist, Morgoth has slipped down the ranks lately due to inactivity. If he learns the new warrior meta, expect big things!
Gwindor
A very strong 8v8 warrior that sadly didn’t enter the 2014 Olympics
UK Henry:
A veteran expert now sadly almost inactive.
Tier 3:
Istari (Former tier 1#1 player, now only plays once a year in Olympics. Forever a legend of the game)
Turin (Almost inactive. May deserve to be higher)
Hidden (A very strong warrior, now almost inactive. May deserve to be higher)
Uri Sansa
Sectorjam
Abd
Sandalf
Ankarnamir
Frodo
Target
Demonlord
Gordo
Ronjons (Could be much higher but mostly trolls regular mode, these days)
Quegga
Soldier (almost inactive)
Ramzi
Mayhem
Joppi
Simon
Kuzmich
Redbaron
Raj
Vinco
Former Tier 1#1: Istari, Morgoth, Will, Taco.
Tier 1 graveyard: Gothmog, bm, Swami Chuckles, Giaquinto, Lhii, Rikimaru.
Istari is the only player to have simultaneously held 1#1 on all four class leaderboards.
