Too bad Ubisoft will probably screw this up.
EA is in USA. Ubi is in EU.

Returning back to Nosgoth game (beginning of topic): www.nosgoth.com/blog/a-farewell-to-armsRIP Nosgoth, was in "open beta" since January 2015, now it will be gone at May 2016. Not enough popularity they say. Servers will go offline. Kind of like EA Conquest, but it had a different background. After they cancelled single-player Legacy of Kain: Dead Sun mode in pretty advanced stage, they were left with multiplayer component - Nosgoth. It was all a try to test the waters and get some cash back. But sorry guys, thats not what fans wanted. Its not a story based game with superb voice acting, riddles and fascinating characters. Gameplay was decent though and seeing more next-gen graphic world of Nosgoth was good. Well in theory at least, because game was broken with bugs and disconnections which no one bothered to repair and then big surprise that people are gone.

No Ubisoft, no, no, no, no, no, and once again: NO. Game might be good but with Ubisoft hovering over it I doubt it really hard. Do you know that history repeats itself? Conquest multiplayer "officially" survived only for 1 year. Similar thing happened to Heroes of Might & Magic 7. Game was released plagued with bugs, totally unplayable on September 2015. After a year it's better, but still lot of bad stuff. They released expansion pack Trial by Fire with 0 marketing in August 2016, selling horribly. Now they just cancelled support for the game, ended partnership with developer they hired which means no one is left to fix bugs. It means that a great turn-based series, which had a place right with Civilisation is now left to rot. I saw it coming miles away so i still keep my money. Check out the rage. forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/1502674-Important-Announcement-from-the-teamforums.ubi.com/showthread.php/1502696-My-quick-impressions-from-the-whole-MMH7-development-after-the-releaseI spread the word, dont buy stuff from them. Heard about AC:Unity? Same crap and so on. Now Ubi is in trouble because Vivendi want to take them over, karma is a bitch i guess. Too bad Vivendi is even worse.

I agree, i think about it 5 times before getting any Ubisoft game. This one looks very solid, though. It's basically conquest, only sword and less chaotic gameplay
I just wish it was more MOBA than beat them all

Well from Mobas i played mostly LoL, but dropped off it because i was fed up with this cancer community and not like overall direction of the game. Then Dota 2, but it has weird controls with champions who respond really late to commands, matches go for too long and its hard to get into. Then i picked Heroes of the Storm, a decent game with a lot of fighting less lanesitting. Just like Conquest, straight up fighting over map objectives. Didnt play Smite yet, 3rd person looks like an interesting change of pace tho.
I would love to believe For Honor is on the level but Ubisoft has a talent to screw up.

For honor is pretty legit. There is definitely a counter system. You can dodge and block just like conquest, also add a parry to the block to set up a counter. This is definitely he replacement to conquest warrior duels. Too bad no aerials though. There are also light and heavy attacks which you can string together for combos. Timing a light combo while someone is starting a heavy is similar to the conquest timing. There are so surprising similarities to conquest. Button mashing will get you destroyed.

Is there a way to deactivate NPCs and only play with human players?

Is there a way to deactivate NPCs and only play with human players? There's a 4 v 4 and a 2v2 and 1v1 modes with no bots in it.

Well, this looks like it could be worth exploring. Downside is it's Microsoft (Windows/Xbox) only.
@ Sir William9113: I've been considering FH. Do you own it? If so, thoughts?
