Frodo and Sam Frodo & Galadriel Elves in general Orc 1 & Orc 2 Shelob & Sam Eowyn & Merry
i dont see a problem
True, woman are quite out of spotlight. But movie gets some feminist fanservice when Arwen replaces Glorfindel and helps 4 hobbits + Aragorn in fight vs Nazguls.
Extra fanservice when Galadriel fights Sauron in hobbit movie, but was actually troll by Sauron as Tolkien stated. He was going to Barad-Dur anyway because preparations were completed for final war. Neither Sauron + Nazguls and White Council could really defeat or kill each other so no point in wasting time. And then LEAVE SAURON TO ME SO I CAN JOIN HIM.

Yes because women are inferior in LOTR You are joking, right? Even a very basic assessment of Tolkien's legendarium would lead to the contrary conclusion that women in Tolkien - though not superior per say - are "put on pedestals". Going down the line, think of Varda, Melian, Ungoliant, Goldberry, Mrs. Maggot, Luthien, Galadriel, Arwen, Eowyn, even Rosie Cotton. But a better assessment (imo) would show that this distinction by lineage and stature given to women is not to say Tolkien thought women superior, rather they are elevated by praise and the act of men lowering themselves (on one knee, if you will) through humility and service. Of course, Tolkien sometimes really did put women on pedestals by giving them (Luthien, Arwen, etc) superior elven fairness and qualities - but this only increases the effect (as is the wont of Faerie Stories...come on people, get with it! Of course it's going to be fantastic!) - but may I suggest, if women be pedestalled, it is men who in love set them upon it? The fact that the vast majority of Tolkien's characters are men just highlights that this is dark and dangerous business and thus falls naturally to the lot of men. Women do at times help and dare amazing feats (Eowyn slaying Ar-Pharry, Luthien beguiling Morgoth, etc), but these are exceptions to the rule - indeed, to chivalry. I believe Tolkien held with the (Biblical) view that men and women are equal but complementary, having different roles. Any feminist objections that Tolkien "keeps women in the kitchen" should see the matter's case study, Eowyn.

Also in LOTR there are no dark skinned humans. Why? In my opinion they should revamp the LOTR movies and paint at least 50% of white humans black!!!!

Because Tolkien (being English) wanted to create a sort of English mythology because (being a philologist and extremely knowledgeable about other cultures) he felt that his really didn't have one. Thus, all his tales take place in the north-west of Arda (modern day Europe) where, at this point in history (which Tolkien intended his mythology to be: subcreated ancient history), people of colour are scarce, if there are any. Can you blame him?

Did anyone ever notice that there isn't at least one scene of where 2 women have a conversation? (movies) Pff, nabs not watching movies well enough. I mean, this woman has the following near-Shakespearean dialogue with her daughter. Daughter: I don't wanna leave. I don't wanna go, momma. Mother: Freda, I WILL find you! Also in LOTR there are no dark skinned humans. Faramir: His sense of duty was no less than yours, I deem. You wonder what his name is; where he came from. And if he was really evil at heart. What lies or threats led him on this long march from home. If he would not rather have stayed there in peace. War will make corpses of us all. With thanks to: the critical intelligence of op Mai Mai.
