FPS lock and cheat trainer updated to v0.2!

Welcome to my trainer! PalMz here.
-Award yourself a Hero (singleplayer only, for now)
-Set FPS locks (made specifically for multiplayer)
You can only use the cheats in singleplayer right now. However, it IS possible to implement it for the host in multiplayer.
The FPS lock affects timings. The highest playable lock is 68. Setting it too high can crash the game.
Setting the values to 1-30 will automatically set connected players to 1-30 FPS. If all players want more than 30 FPS, they will need this trainer and set the same values.
